No.1 Elixir || Self Love

$28.00

WOUND HEALING

Externalisation ⫸ Inner gaze

Self denial ⫸ Self love

Heartache ⫸ Heartful

It’s a wild act to love the self in a world that disarms us of our innate ability to do so. The relearning of an inward gaze, holding space for a pause long enough to dissipate external distractions that promise a fulfilment that was never really ours. A readiness to nurse dualities that make up our whole. The dancing & the sinking. So that we may recognise the fulfilment of a wholeness that was within us all along.

Rose forges a path for an inward gaze that guides us back home to the heart. In doing so, she relieves stress - a common cause of perpetual seeking for external validation. She blooms from within unapologetically, uplifting & expanding & shows us how do the same. Her thorns offer the gift of a boundary that those who deny themselves won’t know how to make. She knows only of the self. And of a love that begins from within. For only then can it be spread out. For love with a heart full, is true love. Otherwise what are we loving with? And so she helps heal the heartache that evidently comes from loving outside of ourselves with a heart less than full.

Organic pink rose petals {Rosa centifolia} + Brandy + Organic maple syrup

⫸ ORGANIC + GLUTEN FREE + VEGAN

⫸ Dose: Shake before use. 1 -15 drops on the tongue up to 6 times a day + breathe into your heart.

DIVING DEEPER

  • In what ways do I seek external validation? How am I trying to feel? eg. “External validation makes me feel….worthy, good enough" etc.

  • Did I feel any of these things during childhood? (our ability to form a secure or insecure sense of self is formed during our childhood years, predominantly between the ages of 0-7).

  • In what ways do I deny my self in order to get this validation from others?

  • Do I know who I am without the validation from others?

  • What feelings am I trying to avoid by not setting boundaries? “If I say no to someone I feel….”.

  • Who am I when its just my breath & the beating of my heart?

  • What does self love mean to me?

  • Do I love myself when I am alone?

  • Do I love myself outside of romantic relationships?

  • How can I be unapologetically myself?

Hold this acupressure point when working with this remedy. Heart 1 is located in the depression at the centre of the armpit. Hold with your pointer & middle finger after you take the elixir and/or when exploring your beliefs around self love. Alternatively, get someone you trust to hold the point for you, ideally for around 30 minutes for the most powerful affect.
