Do I know who I am without the validation from others?
What feelings am I trying to avoid by not setting boundaries? “If I say no to someone I feel….”.
Who am I when its just my breath & the beating of my heart?
What does self love mean to me?
Do I love myself when I am alone?
Do I love myself outside of romantic relationships?
How can I be unapologetically myself?
Hold this acupressure point when working with this remedy. Heart 1 is located in the depression at the centre of the armpit. Hold with your pointer & middle finger after you take the elixir and/or when exploring your beliefs around self love. Alternatively, get someone you trust to hold the point for you, ideally for around 30 minutes for the most powerful affect.
