The mind and body are intrinsically connected.
And yet, most of us have been conditioned to exist as though we are made of separate parts. It is through this perceived separation that we remain disconnected from our bodies, our feelings, & our inherent sense of self.

Kinesiology & Mind Body Medicine can help us explore this fragmentation. It recognises that disease—whether mental, emotional, or physical—is often a reflection of this internal divide. When we disconnect, dissociate, or deny aspects of ourselves—our feelings, our experiences—we suffer. This practice approaches illness not as a flaw, but as the body’s somatic expression of what has been abandoned, repressed, or overlooked — offering a path to listen, respond, and restore balance.

  • Through this work, we begin to unravel the stories that cause us to search outside ourselves for fulfilment. Instead, we’re offered a grounded & empowering way to meet our emotions fully, cultivating safety within our own embodiment. From this space, we can reconnect with our boundless nature, where we can just be, with all of our wildness, in whatever arrises, within all that is.

Kinesiology & Mind Body Medicine is especially supportive for adults who feel disconnected from themselves, their emotions, or their bodies. These approaches can be deeply healing for those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, overthinking, worry, sleep disturbances, health concerns, poor boundaries, or the constant urge to seek validation or answers outside of themselves.

Using gentle muscle testing, acupressure, bodywork, & energy healing, this work draws from the wisdom of Chinese Medicine's Five Element Theory, Taoism, non-duality, trauma-informed practices, yoga, mindfulness, meditation—& my own ongoing journey home to my wild self.
